P. Madhavan, the father of Malayalam actress Kavya Madhavan, died at the age of 75 in Chennai. He was a well-known figure in Nileshwaram, Kasaragod, where he ran Supriya Textiles.
Malayalam actress Kavya Madhavan’s father, P. Madhavan, passed away at 75 in Chennai. A native of Nileshwaram, he was known as the owner of Supriya Textiles. His last rites will be held in Kochi.
His family includes his wife Shyamala, son Mithun, currently based in Australia, daughter-in-law Ria, and son-in-law Dileep, the popular Malayalam actor married to his daughter Kavya Madhavan. A strong supporter in Kavya’s career, Madhavan often accompanied her to film sets. Kavya rose to fame with Chandranudikkunna Dikhil and won state awards for Perumazhakkalam and Gaddama.
