Premalu Sequel to Start Filming in June, Release Expected by Year End
Dileesh Pothan recently confirmed that the sequel to the 2024 rom-com hit Premalu will begin shooting by mid-June 2025. The script is complete, and the team is finalizing locations and other pre-production tasks. The film aims for a year-end release. Directed by Girish AD, Premalu 2 will feature the return of the original cast, including Naslen, Mamitha Baiju, Sangeeth Prathap, and Akhila Bhargavan, with Kiran Josey returning as co-writer.
