Prithviraj Sukumaran recently shared an exciting update about L2 Empuraan on Instagram, revealing that the teaser's final copy has been locked. The teaser, with Deepak Dev's music, runs for 2 minutes and 31 seconds. The highly anticipated sequel to Lucifer, starring Mohanlal, is set for a teaser release on January 25 or 26, 2025, coinciding with Aashirvad Cinemas' silver jubilee.

The film's star-studded cast includes Mohanlal as Stephen Nedumpally (Khureshi Abraham), along with Prithviraj, Indrajith Sukumaran, Tovino Thomas, Manju Warrier, and more.
