Soubin Shahir Arrested in 7 Crore Fraud Case
Soubin Shahir was arrested and later released on bail in a Rs 7 crore financial fraud case involving his production company, Parava Films. The complaint by investor Siraj Valiyaveettil alleged that he was misled about the film’s Rs 22 crore budget, which was completed for Rs 18.65 crore. He also claimed he was promised 40% of the profits but received nothing.
