Tovino Thomas's First Look In L2 Empuraan And Narivetta Revealed

On Tovino Thomas's birthday, the first looks from his upcoming films L2: Empuraan and Narivetta were unveiled. In L2: Empuraan, Tovino reprises his role as politician Jathin Ramdas from the 2019 film Lucifer. In Narivetta, his first look shows him in khakis with a tribal figure behind him.

L2: Empuraan, directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran and written by Murali Gopy, is set for release on March 27. The film marks the third collaboration between Prithviraj and Mohanlal and features returning cast members like Manju Warrier and Saniya Iyappan, with new additions yet to be revealed. It will be released in multiple languages, including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.

Meanwhile, Tovino’s other film, Nariettaa, directed by Anuraj Manohar, has completed shooting. The political drama, based on real events, marks Sahitya Akademi winner Abin Joseph’s scripting debut. The film also stars Cheran, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Arya Salim, and others, and is produced by Tippu Shah and Shiyas Hassan.
