Veteran Malayalam actress Meena Ganesh passed away at 81 on December 19 in Shoranur, Palakkad, after being treated for high blood pressure and a stroke. Known for her roles in over 100 films, including Karumadikuttan and Nandanam, she started her career in 1976 with Manimuzhakkam. Meena also appeared in several popular TV serials.
