Tamil star Dhanush, popular across South India, is celebrating his birthday today (July 28). Fans and celebrities are flooding social media with wishes, and some interesting personal details have resurfaced.

Dhanush, previously married to Rajinikanth’s daughter Aishwarya, has two sons—Linga and Yatra. He once shared that their names reflect his deep devotion to Lord Shiva, unlike trendy Gen Z names. A long-time Shiva devotee, Dhanush often visits temples like Arunachalam and Chidambaram and performs rituals before his film releases, especially at the Kasthuri Mangamma temple in his hometown.

On the work front, Dhanush recently scored a blockbuster with Kubera, which grossed over ₹130 crore. He is currently working on the Idli Kadai movie.
