He is currently collaborating with director Atlee on a project that promises to be unlike anything seen in India before. Renowned actress Deepika Padukone will play the female lead. The movie is rumoured to be released during Dussehra 2026, with shooting expected to wrap up in early 2026. Speculation around Allu Arjun’s next projects continues, confirming that he has signed multiple films.

While his superhero persona will be showcased in Atlee’s film, Allu Arjun’s following project is also reportedly leaning towards the superhero genre. The director for this upcoming venture has been confirmed as Basil Joseph. Pre-production for this movie is said to have already begun, though no official announcements have been made yet.

Contrary to some rumours, Allu Arjun will not be working with Lokesh Kanagaraj at this time. Similarly, reports about a film under Trivikram’s direction have been denied, with that project reportedly being halted.
