Rajinikanth’s Coolie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, hits screens on August 14. Featuring stars like Nagarjuna, Upendra, and Sathyaraj, the Telugu version was acquired by Asian Suresh for ₹45 crore. With buzz still low in Telugu states, a pre-release event on August 7 will see Rajinikanth, Lokesh, and Nagarjuna in attendance.
