After the successful release of Demonte Colony 2 on August 15, director R. Ajay Gnanamuthu has announced plans for a third installment in the horror series. The sequel, starring Arulnithi and Priya Bhavani Shankar, received a strong response from audiences, grossing Rs 25.05 crore worldwide so far. The film saw a steady increase in box office earnings, starting with Rs 3.55 crore on its first day in India and reaching Rs 4.3 crore on the third day.

Demonte Colony 2 also features VJ Archana, Tsering Dorjee, C. Arun Pandian, Meenakshi Govindarajan, Antti Jaaskelainen, Sarjano Khalid, and Vettai Muthukumar. The film was produced by Bobby Balachandran, with cinematography by Harish Kannan and music composed by Sam C.S.
