Tamil star hero Dhanush and Tollywood's "Manmadhudu" Akkineni Nagarjuna are teaming up for the multi-starrer film Kubera. Directed by National Award-winning director Sekhar Kammula, the film features Rashmika Mandanna as the heroine. The first glimpse of the movie will be released on the 15th of this month. A recently released poster showcases Nagarjuna in a melancholic light, sitting on an expensive sofa, deep in thought. Despite the city lights in the background and visible wealth around him, Nagarjuna's look reflects a man who has lost something important in life, resembling the character Kubera.

The movie, produced by Sunil Narang and Pushkur Ram Mohan Rao under SVCLLP in association with Sekhar Kammula's Amigo Creations Private Limited, is set to be a gripping action thriller with suspense elements. The music for the film is composed by Tollywood rockstar Devi Sri Prasad, and Jim Sarbh will play a pivotal role in the film. Currently, the movie is in its final shooting phase, with only the song shoot remaining. Post-production work is already underway, and the team is preparing to kickstart the promotions for Kubera with the release of the first glimpse.

Kubera is being planned as a pan-Indian film, set to be released in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi languages.
