Dhanush returns as director with Idli Kadai, starring Nithya Menen. The trailer has received a positive response.

The film has officially been awarded a clean U certificate by the censor board, though the runtime hasn’t been announced yet.

Supporting cast includes Arun Vijay, Shalini Pandey, Sathyaraj, and Rajkiran. Produced by Dawn Pictures, Wunderbar Films, and Red Giant Movies, the music is by GV Prakash Kumar. It will release in Telugu as Idli Kottu on October 1, 2025.
