Tamil star Dhanush has directed two films and is now set to direct another.

His first film as a director, "Pa Paandi" (2017), was commercially modest but critically acclaimed.

After a 7-year hiatus, he directed "Rayan," which was a huge success, grossing ₹150 crore and becoming the second highest-grossing film in Kollywood this year.

"Rayan" was also a hit in Telugu.

Dhanush's upcoming film, "NEEK (Nilukku En Mel Ennadi Gobam)," is ready for theatrical release.

Rumors suggest that Dhanush's next directorial will feature Arun Vijay, the son of veteran Tamil actor Vijay Kumar.

Arun Vijay is currently working on "Vanangaan" under Bala's direction and will begin Dhanush's film afterward.

There is also a possibility that Dhanush might act in this new film.
