Jana Nayagan Update: Major Announcement Today
Vijay's political action thriller Jana Nayagan, directed by H. Vinoth, is set for a key update today. The update will likely reveal the release date and a new poster.
Touted as Vijay’s last film before politics, the KVN Productions project features Pooja Hegde, Bobby Deol, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Prakash Raj, and more. Initially titled Thalapathy 69, it was renamed Jana Nayagan in January 2025.
Filming began in early 2025, with Anirudh Ravichander composing music and Vijay reportedly singing a track featuring rapper Asal Kolaar. While initially slated for October 2025, speculation now points to a Pongal 2026 release. Official confirmation is awaited.
