To celebrate his 70th birthday on November 7, Tamil superstar Kamal Haasan unveiled the first look poster for his upcoming film Thug Life, directed by Mani Ratnam. The poster, which was shared by Raj Kamal Film Productions, comes as a special treat for his fans, along with a teaser revealing the film’s release date.

Thug Life is a gangster drama co-produced by Raaj Kamal Films International and Madras Talkies, featuring a star-studded cast that includes Kamal Haasan, Jayam Ravi, Trisha, Ali Fazal, Abhirami, and Nasser. The film’s music is composed by AR Rahman. This marks Kamal’s reunion with Mani Ratnam after 37 years, following their collaboration on the cult classic Nayakan (1987).

Kamal Haasan’s 69th birthday had already revealed the film’s title, and on his 70th, fans were treated to the first look poster. Kamal Haasan was last seen in Kalki 2898 AD and will reprise his role in the sequel.
