Tamil star Karthi, currently awaiting the release of Vaa Vaathiar after wrapping Sardaar 2, has announced his 29th film titled Marshal. Under the direction of Tamizh and produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, Karthi's upcoming film dives into a sea-set period action saga, presenting him in a powerful, never-seen-before transformation.

The film also stars Kalyani Priyadarshan, Sathyaraj, Prabhu, Lal, Eswari Rao, Murali Sharma, and John Kokken, with music by Sai Abhyankar. The pooja ceremony and shoot for Palu began today.

Meanwhile, Telugu actor Nani is rumored to appear in a guest role, following Karthi’s cameo in HIT 3. Karthi is also set to lead HIT 4, continuing their on-screen camaraderie.
