Following the success of Vijay's last film, GOAT, which is set to hit theaters worldwide in October next year, this project is directed by H Vinoth and produced by Venkat K Narayana under KVN Productions.

The production team has been revealing cast details, confirming that alongside Bobby Deol and Pooja Hegde, Mamitha Baiju will also be part of the ensemble. The announcement was made on their official Twitter page, where she was welcomed as "Mini Maharani."

Mamitha, who gained recognition for her role in the Malayalam film Premalu, expressed her excitement about joining the project. A long-time fan of Thalapathy Vijay, she stated in an interview that she has admired him since Ghilli and will miss his films and celebrations in theaters following his political entry.

In addition to her new role, Mamitha has three other Tamil films in the pipeline. She made her debut in Sarvopari Palakkaran in 2017 and is known for her performances in Operation Java (2021), Super Sharanya (2022), and Pranaya Vilasam (2023).
