Nithya Menen Reveals She Doesn't Like The Film Industry: 'I Want To Live A Normal Life'

Nithya Menen recently opened up about her dissatisfaction with the film industry, revealing that she doesn't enjoy being part of it. While promoting her upcoming film Kadhalikka Neramillai, she candidly shared, "If I get an opportunity in another field, I would leave immediately. I want to live a normal life." She expressed a desire for simplicity, citing how being a public figure restricts her freedom, like enjoying a simple walk in the park. Nithya also mentioned that before winning a National Award, she often considered stepping away from acting to live life on her terms.

In addition to her acting career, Nithya revealed that she had once aspired to become a pilot and has a love for travel, which she finds restricted by her profession. Despite these thoughts, the National Award changed her path, bringing more recognition and responsibilities.

Nithya Menen’s upcoming romantic film Kadhalikka Neramillai is directed by Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi and stars Jayam Ravi, Vinay, and Yogi Babu. The film, featuring a soundtrack by AR Rahman, is already generating interest, with Nithya’s candid remarks adding extra intrigue to the project.
