Kollywood director Nelson Dilipkumar, known for hits like Kolamavu Cuckoo, Doctor, Beast, and Jailer, is set to continue his success with the sequel Jailer 2. The announcement of this much-anticipated follow-up is expected soon.

There’s buzz that the sequel might be titled Hukum, echoing the popular song from the first Jailer film. This title choice is expected to heighten excitement among fans and trade experts alike. Comedian Yogibabu, who starred in the original, is also set to return in a prominent role.

Jailer, which was released on August 9 last year, was a major hit, grossing over Rs. 600 crores globally. The film, made with a budget of Rs. 200 crores, featured a notable cast including Rajinikanth, Tamannah, Sunil, Ramya Krishna, Vasanth Ravi, and VTV Ganesh. Fans are eagerly awaiting to see who will join the cast for the sequel.
