Tamil superstar Rajinikanth recently made his appearance with "Vettaikaran." Now, his latest film Coolie, in which he plays the lead role, is directed by Kollywood star director Lokesh Kanagaraj. The Coolie title teaser, featuring stylish action scenes with golden-designed weapons and watch chains, has already created huge anticipation for the film, building excitement among Rajinikanth’s fans.

After much anticipation, the release date for the much-awaited pan-India project Coolie has finally surfaced. The movie is reportedly planned for a holiday release. If everything goes as planned, Coolie is set to be released worldwide on May 1, making it a grand summer celebration for Rajinikanth’s fans in theaters.

Coolie is set against the backdrop of illegal gold smuggling, featuring popular actors Sathyaraj, Mahendran, Nagarjuna Akkineni, and Soubin Shahir in key roles. Rajinikanth is said to play the role of a smuggler in the movie. The film is produced by Kalanidhi Maran under the Sun Pictures banner, with Anirudh Ravichander composing the music and background score.
