Ramya Subramanian Joins Ajith's Action-Packed Thriller Vidaamuyarchi

Ramya Subramanian joins Ajith in Vidaamuyarchi. Actor Ajith and director Magizh Thirumeni’s film is gearing up for a Pongal release under the banner of Lyca Productions. The cast now includes Ramya Subramanian, alongside Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Sarja, and Regina Cassandra. Popularly known as VJ Ramya, she earlier portrayed a reporter in Ajith’s Mankatha.

Described as a road thriller, Vidaamuyarchi has been primarily filmed in Azerbaijan. The makers have not disclosed details about the plot or characters. A trailer released in late November showcased an intense desert setting with thrilling action sequences, featuring Ajith.

The film boasts music by Anirudh Ravichander, cinematography by Om Prakash, editing by NB Srikanth, and action choreography by Supreme Sundar. Ajith has also completed his work for Good Bad Ugly, directed by Adhik Ravichandran. While both films were planned for Pongal release, the producer of Good Bad Ugly, Naveen Yerneni of Mythri Movie Makers, suggested a possible postponement during a promotional event for Pushpa 2: The Rule. Meanwhile, Vidaamuyarchi has entered its final production phase.
