Kollywood actor Ravi Mohan has filed a petition in the Chennai High Court seeking Rs 9 crore in compensation from BobbyTouch Gold Universal Pvt Ltd. The Coimbatore-based production house had paid him a Rs 6 crore advance for two films.

Ravi Mohan claims the company failed to utilize his call sheets, causing him a loss of time and other film opportunities.

While the company is demanding a refund with interest, he has offered to act in another film instead, but was asked to return the advance within a week.
