Bandish Bandits season 2 is scheduled to launch on Prime Video in December, as confirmed by the creators on Friday, who also shared a recap of the first season. Directed by Anand Tiwari and co-created by him and Amritpal Singh Bindra, the musical drama has garnered attention since its debut in 2020.

The story follows Radhe and Tamanna, two people from contrasting musical worlds, who fall in love while navigating the tensions between Hindustani classical music and pop music.

Starring Ritwik Bhowmik and Shreya Chaudhry, the show also features Sheeba Chadha, Divya Dutta, Atul Kulkarni, Rajesh Tailang, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Rohan Gurbaxani, Yashaswini Dayama, Aaliyah Qureshi, and Saurabh Nayyar in key roles.

Written by Anand Tiwari, with contributions from Atmika Didwania and Karan Singh Tyagi, Bandish Bandits is produced by Leo Media Collective Private Limited and co-produced by Dimple Mathias, with music composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. Anand Tiwari also recently directed the comedy film Bad Newz, starring Vicky Kaushal and Triptii Dimri, which was released in July.
