Kollywood star director Siruthai Siva recently made his debut with the film Kangava (Kanguva). This periodic drama, starring Suriya in the title role, has not been able to meet audience expectations as anticipated, according to the initial buzz and reviews. Now, news about the director’s upcoming movie is going viral on social media.

According to producer KE Gnanavel Raja, Siruthai Siva is set to begin his next project, AK 64, with Ajith Kumar in April 2025. The film is expected to be completed by the end of 2025 and will be released for Pongal 2026, according to industry insiders. Following this, Siruthai Siva is reportedly planning to focus on the sequel to Kangava.

Ajith Kumar is currently working on a film titled Vidhamu Yarchi, directed by Magizh Thirumeni. This movie, AK 62, will feature Trisha in the female lead role and is slated to release in January 2025. Additionally, Ajith has lined up AK 63, which will be directed by Adhik Ravichandran and is expected to be titled Good, Bad, Ugly.
