Sivasri Skandaprasad Shares Heartfelt Vows For Tejasvi Surya

Carnatic vocalist Sivasri Skandaprasad married Bengaluru South MP Tejasvi Surya on March 6 in Bengaluru, with several political leaders in attendance, including Annamalai, Pratap Simha, Amit Malaviya, By Vijayendra, and Union Minister V Somanna.

Sivasri, a playback singer and Bharatanatyam dancer, shared a heartfelt post on social media shortly after the wedding, expressing her love for her husband, Tejasvi Surya. The post featured unseen wedding images and referenced a passage from the Valmiki Ramayana, where Sita vows unwavering devotion to Rama, addressing him as "Raghava."

Sivasri’s academic background is impressive, holding a degree in bio-engineering, a master’s degree in Bharatanatyam, and another in Sanskrit. She gained recognition after singing the song "Helhe Neenu" in the Kannada version of Ponniyin Selvan: Part 1, alongside AR Rahman.
