The cast of Suriya 45 continues to grow, with the latest additions being Supreeth Reddy and Anagha Maaya Ravi, as revealed in ongoing announcements. They join an ensemble cast that already includes Natty, Yogi Babu, Indrans, Sshivada, Swasika, and lead actress Trisha. Directed by RJ Balaji, this marks his third directorial venture and brings Suriya and Trisha together on-screen after nearly two decades since their collaboration in the 2005 film Aaru.

Music for the film is being composed by Sai Abhyankkar, who recently replaced AR Rahman in the project. GK Vishnu will handle the cinematography. Suriya 45 also marks a reunion for Suriya with his NGK producers and for RJ Balaji with his Sorgavaasal producers, SR Prabhu and SR Prakash Babu of Dream Warrior Pictures. The movie began with a traditional pooja ceremony in November, and while cast announcements are ongoing, plot details remain undisclosed.
