Director Lokesh Kanagaraj has condemned the leak, expressing frustration over the impact on the film's experience. He took to Twitter to urge the public to avoid such practices, stating, 'Two months of hard work by many people have gone in vain because of one recording.'

Adding to the film's challenges, a recent fire near the Visakhapatnam Container Terminal disrupted the shooting. 

Coolie features a star-studded cast including Rajinikanth, Nagarjuna, Shruti Haasan, and Upendra. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and scheduled for a 2025 release in both standard and IMAX formats, the film promises an exciting cinematic experience.
