Veteran Tamil Producer M. Ramanathan Passes Away At 72
Veteran Tamil producer M. Ramanathan, known for his work with Sathyaraj, has passed away at 72 after battling health issues. His contributions to Tamil cinema will be remembered.

M. Ramanathan, the renowned Tamil producer and former manager of actor Sathyaraj, passed away at 72 due to ill health. He produced several films, including Udbirappu, Villathi Villain, and Vallal.
He had been unwell and was admitted to a Chennai hospital, where he died on April 7. His funeral will be held in Chennai after his family arrives. Ramanathan’s death follows the recent loss of other Tamil industry figures, causing widespread mourning.
