Vetrimaaran, one of the top filmmakers in Kollywood who makes films based on strong stories, is teaming up again with Vijay Sethupathi. Their combination in Viduthalai Part 1 (released as Vidhuthalai Part 1 in Telugu) was a huge success. Now, Viduthalai Part 2 (sequel) is coming soon under the direction of Vetrimaaran.

In the sequel, Suri plays another lead role, with Manju Warrier portraying a crucial character.
