Vishal's manager explained that Vishal hadn’t eaten that afternoon and only had juice, which led to him losing consciousness. He has been advised by doctors to avoid skipping meals. Fans had previously expressed concern about Vishal's health after he appeared weak during the promotions for his film Madha Gaja Raja, but his team clarified he was suffering from a fever at the time.
