Mega Power Star Ram Charan is currently occupied with the shooting of his upcoming film ‘Peddi’. After the ‘Chikiri’ song created a strong buzz, another song is likely to be released in December, raising fans’ excitement even further. At present, an intense action sequence is being filmed in Hyderabad, and it is being supervised by the father of a prominent Bollywood star. What’s happening on set?

When ‘Peddi’ was first announced, the expectations were moderate. But once the glimpse and the ‘Chikiri Chikiri’ song were released, the hype increased significantly. Director Buchi Babu Sana seems to be shaping the film accordingly. The movie reportedly features eight major action sequences, and one of them is currently being shot at an aluminium factory in Hyderabad. The stunt choreography is being overseen by Sam Kaushal, the father of actor Vicky Kaushal, who previously worked on the action design for ‘Dangal’.

‘Peddi’ is set against the backdrop of Uttara Andhra, and the story includes elements related to traditional sports like cricket and kabaddi. Janhvi Kapoor stars opposite Ram Charan, while Kannada superstar Shivarajkumar appears in a crucial role. The cast also includes Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu, and others. Music is being composed by A.R. Rahman. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on March 27 next year.
