The teaser for Nandamuri Balakrishna’s much-awaited film Akhanda 2 will be released on June 10, coinciding with Balakrishna’s birthday. Directed by Boyapati Srinu, this sequel to the hit Akhanda has generated huge buzz, with expectations for a major box office success. The film has been shooting nonstop since last year, and Samyuktha Menon stars as the heroine. There's also speculation that senior actress Vijayashanti will join the cast in a powerful political leader role, although the official announcement is still pending.

While the shooting is ongoing, the film's pre-release business has already set new records for Balakrishna’s career. Next month, the team is heading to Georgia for a month-long schedule in May.
