Allu Arjun, also known as Pushpa Raj, will attend the pre-release event of Thandel as the chief guest. The film, starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, is based on real-life events, telling the story of a group of fishermen from Srikakulam who are captured by the Pakistan Navy while fishing off the coast of Gujarat. After serving time in a Pakistani prison, they return to Andhra Pradesh.

Produced by Bunny Vasu and presented by Allu Aravind, Thandel will be released on February 7th. The film will be available across multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada. As part of the promotional efforts, the team launched the Hindi trailer in Mumbai and will hold the pre-release event in Hyderabad, with an official venue announcement expected at 5:04 PM tomorrow.
