Rashmi, who entered the industry aiming to become a heroine, rose to fame as a star anchor with Jabardasth. Despite her busy TV schedule, she continues to act in films, occasionally taking on bold roles.

Last seen as the lead in the 2022 blockbuster Bomma, Rashmi later made guest appearances in three films. In Vaitarani, directed by Akhil Babu, she plays Pradeep Palli’s wife and mother to two children. The poster teases a chilling horror thriller, showing the cast amid lifeless bodies.
