Choreographer Anee defended Jani Master amid POCSO allegations at a press conference in Hyderabad, calling for a fair investigation. She expressed concern over the cancellation of Jani's National Award, stating that while he should face consequences if guilty, the case is still under investigation. Anee, who has worked with Jani for two years, found the allegations troubling and noted that the victim had previously spoken positively about him.

She addressed the casting couch issue, stating she had not experienced it, and clarified that a dance union card requested for the victim was denied based on regulations. Members of the Dancers’ Union supported Jani, urging for an unbiased investigation and cautioning against misinformation.
