Anushka Shetty, born in Mangaluru, debuted in 2005 with Super and rose to fame with hits like Vikramarkudu, Arundhati, Baahubali series, and female-centric films like Rudrama Devi and Bhaagamathie.

Her breakthrough was Arundhati (2009), earning her major awards. Before stepping into films, Anushka honed her skills as a yoga instructor, learning directly from renowned guru Bharat Thakur.

Despite being over 40 and unmarried, she cherishes a childhood memory when she first said "yes" to a love proposal in sixth grade. Her upcoming film Ghati promises a unique story.
