Actor Posani Krishna Murali has received relief from the Andhra Pradesh High Court. It is known that the Sullurupeta police in Andhra Pradesh registered a case against him last week. Following this, Posani filed a quash petition in the High Court. During today’s hearing, the court reviewed the petition and directed the police not to take any further action against Posani.

The High Court expressed dissatisfaction over the additional charges filed against Posani, including Section 111 and allegations of depicting a woman in an obscene manner. The court was critical of the investigation officer Murali Krishna, stating that he acted in defiance of its previous directions.The court questioned how such sections could be applicable in this case. It issued a Form 1 notice to officer Murali Krishna and instructed him to file a reply counter. The court then postponed the next hearing to the 24th of this month.
