AP High Court Grants Temporary Relief to Posani Krishna Murali in Legal Cases

Actor Posani Krishna Murali has received relief from the Andhra Pradesh High Court regarding cases filed against him in Visakhapatnam and Chittoor districts. The court directed the police not to take any immediate action against him and postponed the next hearing to Monday. Posani had filed a petition in the High Court seeking to quash all cases registered against him across the state.

However, the High Court dismissed his petition due to his prior arrest by the Adoni police. Meanwhile, the Visakhapatnam and Chittoor district police sought time to submit case details. The court granted them time and scheduled the next hearing for Monday while instructing the police to refrain from taking any hasty actions until then.

Additionally, the court postponed the hearings related to cases filed in Srikakulam, Pathapatnam, and Anantapur. Overall, Posani received partial relief in two cases, but 13 more cases remain pending against him. He asserted in court that he had not spoken wrongly but merely addressed social issues and urged the court to quash the charges against him.
