Out of 18,000 applicants, 42 were shortlisted, and 15 were chosen after tasks. Three contestants, guided by Abhijith, Navdeep, and Bindu Madhavi, will enter the house directly, while two additional participants will earn their spot through audience votes on Jio Hotstar, bringing the total number of commoners to five.

Contestants include Mask Man Hriday, Miss Telangana Kalki, Pawan Kalyan, Anusha Ratnam, Shweta Shetty, Srinath Ammu, Maryada Manish, Shriya, Shakib, Dalia Shareef, Lawyer Prashanth, Prasanna Kumar, Priya Shetty, Singer Sreetej, and Dammu Sreeja. Sreetej has been eliminated.
