The captaincy task aired on September 18. Priya, Sreeja, Pawan Kalyan, and Harish were disqualified, leaving Bharani, Manish, and Demon Pawan as eligible candidates. Ritu Chowdary expressed her wish for Pawan to become captain and oversaw the task.

During the task, Manish targeted Bharani and was eliminated, followed by Bharani and Emmanuel targeting Diman. Ultimately, Emmanuel lost, and Demon Pavan won, becoming the second captain of the house.
