Disputes within the Manchu family continue as cases are registered against two members. Manchu Manoj, along with his wife Mounika, filed a complaint claiming they were attacked at Mohan Babu University. In response, Mohan Babu's PA, Chandrasekhar Naidu, filed a counter-complaint, accusing Manoj of attempting to enter the university without permission.

The police registered cases against Manoj (A-1), Mounika (A-2), and three others based on Naidu's complaint. On Manoj's complaint, cases were filed against Vijay Simha (A-1), Surendra (A-2), and seven others. Additionally, a case was previously filed against Mohan Babu for allegedly attacking a journalist in Hyderabad.
