Bigg Boss Telugu 9 kicked off on September 7 with Nagarjuna as the host, bringing together a mix of 15 contestants, including nine well-known faces and six new participants from the public.

Wild card entries, a fan-favorite, have previously boosted entertainment—last season, Rohini and Avinash impressed viewers, and Gautham Krishna and Avinash stayed till the finale, with Nikhil Maliakkal winning.

This season, the first wild card is television actress Kavya (Deepika Rangaraju of Brahmamudi fame) from Tamil Nadu. Known for her mischievous style and punch dialogues, she entertains despite her limited Telugu.

Although not in the official September 7 list, Kavya may enter mid-season (weeks 4–6), depending on contestant performance and TRP. Her arrival is set to bring twice the excitement and energy to the house.
