Don Bosco Movie Launch: Grand Pooja Ceremony
The emerging production house Lokya Entertainments, which won the Best Debutant Production House award at SIIMA & AHA Awards, is producing the movie Don Bosco in association with Sri Maya Entertainments. The film is being produced by Ravindra Benarjee (Benny) Muppaneni and Shailesh Rama. Directed by P. Shankar Gauri, this movie is set against a comedy backdrop. The film's shooting officially commenced on Friday with a pooja ceremony, where renowned producer Naga Vamsi attended as the chief guest and initiated the production.
For the muhurtham shot, producer Sahu Garapati switched on the camera, while Chukkapalli Suresh gave the first clap. Chinnababu handed over the script to the makers. On this occasion, the movie’s title poster was unveiled, giving a glimpse of the film’s characters. The poster features an intriguing “Most Wanted” board inside a police station. Murali Sharma plays the key role of Principal Vishwanath, while Mirnaa Menon portrays the character of Lecturer Sumathi. Other significant roles are played by Mounika, Rajkumar Kasireddy, and Vishnu Oye.
The film has been officially titled Don Bosco, with a tagline on the poster stating, “Welcome to the Class Reunion - Batch 2014” and “Not all reunions are for memories; some are for liberation.” These captions have sparked curiosity among audiences. Yedururajulu Raju is handling cinematography, while music is composed by Mark K. Robin.
