One devoted fan made headlines by climbing the steps of the Anjaneya Swamy Temple in Adoni on her knees, dressed in traditional orange attire and holding a Pawan Kalyan frame, praying for his continued success and health. A photo of this act has gone viral online. In honor of his special day, numerous fan-led events have taken place across the state.

Additionally, fan groups have organized blood donation drives and annadanam (food donation) programs to ensure no one goes hungry. Plantation drives have also been conducted, with the actor himself participating in some.

Another fan, Purushottam from Kuppam in Chittoor district, showcased his admiration by coordinating with around 800 local schoolchildren to create a large photo of Pawan Kalyan. This effort has been praised by other fans and Jana Sena Party members. The Jana Sena Party’s official X account highlighted various birthday celebrations, including medical and blood donation camps in the Pithapuram constituency. The tweet also noted a special puja held at the Sripada Sri Vallabha temple to honor the actor-politician.
