Tollywood insiders believe that Bhagyashree Borse, the Marathi actress winning hearts with her performances, is on the verge of a breakthrough—even if her previous films haven't been massive hits. Hailing from Pune, Bhagyashree began her journey as a model and made her acting debut in the 2023 Hindi film Yaariyan 1. She then played the female lead in the 2024 Telugu film Mr. Bachchan, directed by Harish Shankar and starring Ravi Teja.

Harish Shankar has a track record of launching successful heroines, and despite Mr. Bachchan not performing well at the box office, Bhagyashree has continued to receive offers. She is currently working on multiple Telugu projects, including Kingdom, Andhra King Taluk, and Kantha. Even if just one of these films turns out to be a blockbuster, there's no stopping her rise.

Adding to her list of projects, Bhagyashree has now bagged the lead role in Akkineni Akhil’s upcoming film Lenin. Originally, the role was offered to Sreeleela, but due to scheduling conflicts, she opted out, and Bhagyashree stepped in.

She has already gained traction among younger audiences, especially with a song from Kingdom becoming quite popular.
