Many may not recognize Haripriya by name, but she is instantly remembered as the heroine from the movie Pilla Zamindar starring Nani. In this film, she played the role of Sindhu, a typical Telugu girl, and her performance was highly praised. Although she is primarily known in the Kannada film industry, she gained widespread admiration as a girl-next-door. Haripriya received accolades for her beauty and acting in Pilla Zamindar. She entered Tollywood with Takita Takita and gained recognition. Following the success of her second film Pilla Zamindar, she was flooded with movie offers. She impressed audiences in films like Abbayi Class Ammayi Mass alongside Varun Sandesh and Ee Varsham Sakkshiga. She also shared the screen with Balakrishna in Jai Simha.

However, after these films, Haripriya was not seen much on Telugu screens. Nevertheless, she became a star heroine in Kannada cinema, gaining immense popularity. With successful films like Bell Bottom, Kurukshetra, and Petromax, she became a favorite among Kannada audiences.

Aside from her films, Haripriya married actor Vashishta in 2023. Vashishta, also a well-known actor, appeared as a villain in the film KGF and has been part of several Telugu films like Narappa, Nayeem Diaries, and Odel Railway Station. Most recently, he played the antagonist in the film Evam starring Chandini Chowdhury. Currently, Haripriya is 9 months pregnant and is expected to give birth soon. Recently, she celebrated a traditional "Seemantham" ceremony at a private resort with her family, relatives, and friends in attendance.
