Posters stating Game Changer grossed Rs 186 crores on its first day and Sankranthiki Yaayanam made Rs 200 crores in six days went viral, raising suspicions. While Game Changer was a flop, Sankranthiki Yaayanam became a massive hit, prompting the IT investigation into the reported figures totaling around Rs 400 crores. Dil Raju, known for his strict tax compliance and his role as the chairman of the Film Development Corporation, is expected by his supporters to emerge clean from the searches.
