Johnny Master's Legal Setback: Court Dismisses Petition Amid Sexual Harassment Allegations

Johnny Master's Legal Setback: Court Dismisses Petition

Johnny Master, a prominent choreographer from Tollywood, is facing allegations of sexual harassment. A lady choreographer who worked with him filed a complaint, leading to his arrest and a brief stay in jail. Recently, he was released on bail and has been focusing on his work, giving several interviews. At the same time, a post by Jhansi, a member of the Film Industry Sexual Harassment Committee, has gone viral on social media.

In her post, Jhansi stated that Johnny Master had won a case against the Film Chamber of Commerce. She explained that Johnny had challenged the Film Chamber's order in the district court. However, the court dismissed his interim petition, which she described as an important ruling. Jhansi praised the decision for reaffirming the priority of women's safety in workplaces and emphasized the need for implementing POSH guidelines.

Jhansi also thanked the Telugu Film Chamber for their strict stance and legal battle. Meanwhile, the victim, who accused Johnny of sexual harassment, had filed a complaint with the Sexual Harassment Committee, leading the Film Chamber to make a decision. The Chamber ordered Johnny to step down as the president of the Dancer's Association. Johnny, however, appealed to the district court, hoping to clear his name. Recently, rumors circulated that his bail might be revoked by the High Court, but Johnny denied these claims, expressing his confidence in the judicial system and his belief that he would be proven innocent.
