Jr NTR, who gained global stardom with RRR, plays the titular role in the movie Devara. Directed by Siva Koratala, this film is being released in two parts. Devara Part 1 was released globally in theaters on September 27, receiving a grand launch and quickly becoming a blockbuster hit.

Devara started streaming on November 8 on popular OTT platform Netflix. It is available in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages. Netflix has also expanded the streaming of the movie to international languages such as English, Korean, Spanish, Brazilian, and Portuguese, which was a surprise decision by the makers.

This decision by the makers is expected to play a key role in reaching international audiences. However, the Hindi version of Devara is yet to be released, which has disappointed fans. It remains to be seen if the makers will provide the Hindi version for global star fans. The movie also stars Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan as the antagonist Bhairav, alongside Prakash Raj, Shine Tom Chacko, Srikanth, Murali Sharma, and Himaja in key roles. The film is produced by Sudhakar Mikkilineni, Koneru Harikrishna, and Kalyan Ram under NTR Arts and Yuva Sudha Arts banners.
