Mahesh Babu’s film Khaleja is set for a grand 4K re-release, sparking excitement among fans and strong bookings. However, the celebration has turned sour as viewers at special premieres reported several scenes and songs missing from the remastered print.

Videos from screenings, including Hyderabad’s Sudarshan theatre and Guntur, show fans expressing frustration and even halting shows. Theatre staff clarified they screened the print as received, with no alterations. The film’s makers and distributors have yet to address the issue.
